1、 Product Overview

XJXGN □ -12 (CVF) solid insulated ring main unit switchgear is a new generation of environmentally friendly solid insulated ring main unit independently developed by our company. It is mainly composed of three functional units, namely, V unit (circuit breaker unit), C unit (load switch) and F unit (combined electrical unit). Each unit can be used independently or expanded freely. Its structure is divided into intelligent control instrument room, operating mechanism and primary part. The instrument room can be equipped with microcomputer protection (controller). The mechanism is a special spring operating mechanism. The primary part uses APG automatic gel process to completely seal the disconnector and arc extinguishing chamber in epoxy resin, and has a special joint and bus side. The design switch of the arc extinguishing chamber uses specialized copper chromium contact materials, R-type longitudinal magnetic field contacts, and a complete one-time sealing process. The arc extinguishing chamber has significantly improved short-circuit current breaking ability, stability, electrical life, temperature rise, and insulation level compared to previous arc extinguishing chambers (copper aluminum contact material, cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure, and incomplete one-time sealing process). The operating mechanism adopts a spring operated mechanism that is integrated with the switch, that is, the isolation switch and the main switch spring operated mechanism are integrated as a whole, which can easily achieve interlocking, and the mechanism has fewer parts, reducing unnecessary transmission links, high reliability, and can be equipped with electric operation according to user needs.

In addition to the simulated opening and closing position display integrated on the panel, the internal isolation knife's closing, opening, and grounding contact status can be intuitively observed through the visual observation window in front of the cabinet.

● Environmental temperature: -45 ℃~+65 ℃; The daily average value is not greater than+45 ℃;
Relative air temperature: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%;
An environment that is not significantly contaminated by corrosive or flammable gases;
There is no risk of fire or explosion, and there is no frequent severe vibration in the environment.
Note: When the environmental conditions are different or there are other special requirements, the manufacturer can negotiate to provide products under special usage conditions.
